Help & contact
Talk to a real person.
Arranging something from thousands of miles away only works if you can reach somebody. Email us or message us on WhatsApp — both are answered by the KOZDA team in Kampala.
Best for anything with detail — documents, dates, a list of what you need.

Urgent, and mid-booking?
Message your coordinator on the booking itself — they already have the supplier, the dates and the history, so nothing needs explaining twice. Go to your bookings.

Common questions
Answers before you ask.
Who actually does the work in Uganda?
Verified suppliers — hotels, drivers, surveyors, caterers and carers — who are approved by KOZDA for the specific service they deliver, not just listed. You are never handed a name and left to it: a KOZDA coordinator manages the supplier and stays accountable for the job.
Who do I talk to once I have booked?
Your coordinator. Every booking is assigned a named person at KOZDA from the moment you make it, and their name is on your booking page. You message them there, and they deal with the supplier — you never have to chase somebody you have not met in a country you are not in.
When am I charged?
You see the price before you commit to anything. Quotes are shown in your own currency alongside the Uganda shillings figure, so you can see what your money actually buys at home.
What proof do I get that the work was done?
Receipts for anything bought on your behalf, photographs of completed work, and a written report for a land or property inspection. They are attached to your booking and stay there.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
You can cancel, and the fee is shown before you confirm — it differs by service and by how close to the date you are. Stays, rides and shopping orders can be changed from the booking page until that service's cut-off; for anything else, message your coordinator and they will arrange it.
Something went wrong. What now?
Tell your coordinator first — most things are fixed fastest by the person already holding the job. If it needs escalating, report a problem from the booking page and KOZDA will review it.
